PERMIT PROCESS - please read this through FIRST!
Are you planning to DEVELOP your lot? You require a development permit. Please include a site drawing that shows the location of your building(s) with measurements to the property lines.
Are you planning to BUILD on your lot? You require the above AND a building permit. Building drawings must accompany this application. A valid building permit WILL NOT be issued until all paperwork is received, approved and the invoice for services paid.
MOVING in a building? There is a permit for this AND it MUST be inspected first. Please call us BEFORE you consider this so that you know what all goes into this type of development.
